Founded in 2011 by Corry Blanc, Blanc Creatives sells a range of kitchenware crafted to last for generations — from chopping boards to skillets and roasters — with each piece created at its workshop in Charlottesville, Virginia.  

Blanc Creatives cookware is painstakingly produced by hand. Starting out as a flat, circular steel disc, its pans are first pressed and then forged into the perfect shape before the sharp edges of each pan are taken down with grinders and smoothed and the handles are riveted in place.

The Blanc Creatives team cares deeply about old fashioned craftsmanship and seeks to bring the tradition of handcrafted goods into modern homes.

About Caraway

Distracted by his phone, Jordan Nathan accidentally left a Teflon-coated frying pan on a stove top for 45 minutes. As a result he felt nauseous and was eventually told he likely had Teflon poisoning. This incident led Nathan down a rabbit hole of researching why cookware brands use Teflon and seeking a healthier way to cook.

The result of Nathan's research is Caraway — a brand selling quality cookware, without chemicals. Caraway's cookware uses a mineral-based coating that won't leach toxic materials into your ingredients and is produced using ethical manufacturing processes.

Caraway's cookware is sold as a set, and a one-time purchase will land you a fry pan, sauce pan, sauté pan and dutch oven as well as storage solutions (a magnetic pan rack and a canvas lid holder).
