Suze Dowling

Suze Dowling is an Australian-born brand builder and entrepreneur who serves as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Pattern Brands, a modern multi-brand consumer goods company that includes Open Spaces, Onsen, GIR, Letterfolk, Poketo, and more.

She graduated with honors from the University of Technology, Sydney. As General Manager at Gin Lane Media (2010-2018), she played a critical role in launching over 50 digitally native brands, including SmileDirectClub, Hims and Hers, and Sweetgreen, contributing to $15 billion in aggregate startup value. At Pattern Brands, Suze drives revenue, business operations, and sustainable growth across all brand portfolios.
