Shipping and Delivery

DreamSofa offers free delivery across the contiguous United States. Orders typically take about six weeks to build (they're handmade, after all), and their carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window once your piece is ready. For an extra $149, you can upgrade to White Glove delivery — they'll bring it inside, set it up in your room of choice, and haul away all the packaging.

Materials and Manufacturing

Everything DreamSofa makes is built in Los Angeles by a team of artisans who've been doing this for years. Their frames use kiln-dried solid wood — dried to remove all moisture so the frame holds its shape for 15+ years. The spring systems are either eight-way hand-tied or sinuous, both designed for serious long-term support.

On the cushion side, you've got options: high-density polyurethane foam (the most popular), eco-friendly high-resiliency foam wrapped in fiber padding, or a feather-and-down option if you want that sink-in luxury feel. All foam is CertiPUR-US certified, and DreamSofa skips the harsh fire retardants and unnecessary chemicals. They also source materials domestically to keep their carbon footprint smaller — a nice bonus if that matters to you (and it probably should).
